if you have iTunes or a video ipod (there's an sudio only version still i believe) then PhotoshopTV is THE best thing to watch. Updated every monday, shows last about an hour. Everything they've done since ive started watching has been brand new to me (although its begging to become old hat with their love of adjustment layers)

found this one recently. Actually was looking for particle effects tutorials for maya. This place has tutorials on lots of stuff. its got a few thousand for photoshop specifically though.
