i bought it, preloaded it, got valve's confirmation of its availability and am unable to play it. I still get the "when the game is officially released you will be able to play it" screen. 
just my luck.
i dropped them an email. i hope they'll fix it asap.

Tried the game at a friends house, it's quirky but fun. I guess it's more of a content distribution experiment. I'm not gonna buy it, unless they reduce the price (10 dollars?)

they already replied. which is quick and appreciated.
had to restart steam. they changed the interface as well.
