I'm using Vista64 Home Premium SP1. Lately everytime I start the PC the
recycle bin starts in the left column of icons, I move it to the lower
right but the next time I restart windows it moves again. I do not
have auto arrange turned on, but I do have Align to Grid selected
along with Show Desktop Icons. That's it, what can I do to freeze the
recycle bin in the lower right corner of my screen?

It stopped moving on it's own, for now. But I'll be watching. One false move recycle bin, just one.smile.gif

Is there still the same problem.
May be there is a simple program isue, like installed Ccleaner with menu order cach marked running after each restart...?!
