Please help!
Every time I close IE I get this error
and the program crashes
Can you Please recommend me how to avoid it.

Sounds to me like a dodgy add-on or malware.

When did it start happening and is a system restore possible?

Hello Linda

Try using this Regtool
It will scan you system for corrupted dlls and registry entries.
