I see..... The Windows Phone 7 interface (Metro, which I don't like).... On top of the Windows 7 interface.....
I guess the focus of Windows 8 is bringing it to tablets. But are people really going to sit down at their desktop and use the tablet interface? I don't quite share the excitement seen at Neowin yet. I'm satisfied with the Windows 7 UI, so at least it doesn't look like they're messing it up in Windows 8. I'll be interested in hearing about the new desktop features.
Microsoft better hurry up in releasing this though, because when they start out in the tablet arena, they won't have quite the advantage that they do in the desktop arena. And the longer they wait, the further ahead their competition will get.
