Yeah, I saw some video demos of this a few months ago. There is a Russian [I believe] publisher already developing with this engine. Looks completely awesome!

There is nothing there to view? At least I didn't see anything. The pics of the crytek engine are really nice, but to really appreciate it, you need to see the video demos. I'll see if I can dig them up again.

I just Googled for "Crytek engine demo movies" and they are all over the place online. Check them out. Look for the high res ones. Several are well over 150 MB, so I hope you have cable or DSL. :D ;)

Im not impressed with it

Im not a Carmack lackey but I gotta say I do still think D3 looks better than this stuff

not saying its not nice work but DoomIII just has a more dank realistic view of the world

not this pristine clean military metal boxes

btw i have family in the military and ive never seen boxes like that in my life :blink:

gots to see if D3 engine handles exteriors as well as it does decayed and bloody interiors. <_<
