Obama so far

he's quite a drastic change from before. I like the new approach focusing on dialogue instead of on military might. Hell... even the Taliban's invited to join the discussion and Cuba and Iran... waw. finally a guy there who seems to know that dialogue is the approach of education.

unsure.gif They want to give this man the ability to shut down the internet, and spray something into our atmosphere to combat global warming... blink.gif Are such shenanigans even possible? ermm.gif

Now now, hate is a bit harsh (especially when yelled...). The point of this forum is to exchange ideas ... not monosyllables; give a complete thought & perhaps a discussion could be started.

I think he is doing a good job. I voted for the man and have not been unhappy with him since. Yeah things are moving forward...slowly, but what do you expect. The man has a lot on his plate and its not going to change overnight like so many people have hoped for. There are so many people who are complaining about him saying that he has not kept up with his promises, but what do you think the guy is? Jesus Christ? Hes on the right path and it is just taking its time. The president can only do so much and he has to convince congress to do what is needed. The health care reform, I'm totally for it. It is something that has been needed to be updated for such a long time now. There are so many other countries that have a better health system than we do here and we are supposed to be the "best" or whatever people think lol.

However, I really think that the government should attack credit card companies if you ask me. They cause too many problems for too many people and they get away with a lot of shit. It is sad that I can go down the street to a loan shark and get some money from him with a lower interest rate than a credit card company. At least with the loan shark they will break my legs if I don't pay him back, the credit card companies ruin people's lives. It was recently said now that jobs are now looking at people's credit scores to decide if they should be hired or not. If that is true, that is just completely wrong.

I really don't think he is doing good for this country. Last time I checked OUR CONSTITUTION made us a democracy. However, his borderline illegal and Socialist polices and the continuation of the Bush Administration's illegal wars have pushed this country further in debt. Now ObamaCare is going to continue the horrid path we are on... IMO He should just resign.... There are many reasons why I voted for Ron Paul.

Ok...I respect your opinion however I have to say this again about the war. A lot of people don't realize or possibly do not know that The President himself can't really control a war. It is normally up to Congress to vote Yes or No for a war or whenever to end it. He most likely has too many people that are still wanting to do the war. Its all politics and the President does have complete power on what he really wants to do. The government witch it's check and balances prevents him from doing a lot. I mean just look at the Health Care reform. He wants it to be done; however he can't do it on his own accord. He has to convince the entire government to do so. He probably knows that as much as he wants to end the war that there is no point to even try yet, because too many certain individuals are still pushing for more and more.

But then again, I can be completely wrong.
