For those of you in the United States, a happy Memorial Day weekend.

I hope you all have a good & safe long weekend, and a big thanks to all those involved in the military--both now and previously.

yeah, and i'm gonna need it. i spend way too much time working i need a break.

three days of camping, returning to a total of 10 pages of new messages

i work at a golf course, so i didn't have today off. but hey, time and a half ain't bad when i'm sitting on my ass mowing fairways

every year, members of our church clean headstones at a local graveyard and give 'em flowers. we do what we can.

another holiday, same as every day in my opinion.

As a person with multiple family members having served in multiple wars at multiple times, I find that statement disturbing.

I can understand if you had said that for a holiday such as Christmas, or even Easter. But to make a shit statement about the people who have made your life what it is today, well then I say fuck you.

But, alas, it's America. Free to do what you want, even if it means degrading those who gave you that freedom.
