In doing my daily check of CNN, I came across this article and learned some sad news from the world of ShowBiz.

James Doohan (a.k.a. Scotty from "Star Trek") died today at the age of 85. The cause of death was pneumonia and Alzheimer's disease.

Well he was certainly a memorable character and I will continue to enjoy his work on DVD & in TV reruns.

Yeah read this. Very sad. He was a damn good actor.

Peace to James. He lived a great life and will be remembered fondly by his fans. He brought me lots of joy during his career. He will be missed

What a shame

Man I grew up watching him, I lost count how many times he rescued the Enterprise. RIP.
