"The good news is that this finding confirms several cutting- edge ideas in theoretical physics," announced Dr. Albert Sherwinski, a Cambridge based astrophysicist with close ties to NASA.

"The bad news is that the total annihilation of our solar system is imminent."

Experts believe the chaos cloud is composed of particles spawned near the event horizon of a black hole (a form of what's called Hawking Radiation) that have been distorted by mangled information spewed from the hole.

Just a question, if it were going close to the speed of light, how would we see it?

Wouldn't it have to be like, a couple minutes away before the light rays catch up?

But light has special relativity, so the light would travel away from the cloud at the speed of light exclusively, not speed of light - cloud's speed.

Just to clairify, when you look up into the sky at night, and you see stars, those are billion year old photons hitting your eyes at the speed of light. Light is an easy thing to "see".

Secondly, light can travel at varying speeds, not nessecarily C all the time.

Factoring relativity in, light eminating from such a source would be going the same or greater speed.

Thus, if it actually existed, we *could* see it.
