I'm wondering if any of you guys live in Canada and can tell me if this is actually on your tv's, because these psas that I keep running into are just over the top and I am starting to doubt that they actually show this on Canadian tvs.

I don't think I've seen that one on TV here, maybe just because I don't watch any of the local Canadian TV stations that frequently. I did see another one though of a car crash. It grabs your attention.

I don't see anything wrong with that advert at all. It makes you realise, and yeah it does grab your attention. Exactly what adverts are designed for.

Here in the UK, we've had quite a few in-your-face shocking adverts. So I'm used to seeing stuff like that.

Well I didn't like the chef commercial because she was rolling around screaming. This one was different though because you just see a body flying off the building in the distance. And hit a truck. heh err...

Yes It appears Canadian, but it only relates to Ontario as each province does its own WCB ads.
