I was totally stunned from the beginning alone. Their budget must be higher than before. This space battle was amazing. Without wanting to spoil anything, it was a very strong beginning for the last season, probably the strongest season start of all BSG seasons so far. I'm waiting for the next episode already.

Agreed on all counts RC and I'm glad to finally have BSG back. To be it will (probably) be the last season though.
It's late night, and I'm actually lame enough to ask:
Can anyone rapidly describe BSG? Is it comparable to Stargate?

For Stargate, I watch Atlantis instead of SG1 Danthe, so not sure if BSG is comparable. It's certainly different. However, to describe BSG:
"It begins 40 years after a truce was reached between the humans (living in the Twelve Colonies) and their rebelious robotic creations called the Cylons. After not hearing from the Cylons for all that time, they launch a surprise & devastating attack against the Twelve Colonies. The survivors of the attack form a rag tag fleet of ships, headed by the old Battlestar Galactica from the original war, and begin a search for the mystical '13th colony' called Earth."
Hope it helps.
Ohh damn,
why did you just make me wanna watch another tv series?
And yea, I watch Atlantis instead as well.
SG1 is good they say, though, so I guess I'll be watching it sometime too.
Thank you Taco.

**chuckles** Understand man and you're welcome, but at least BSG is limited run with the whole series only being 4 seasons long.
As for Stargate, I have all of the SG1 seasons on my Netflix queue, so I'll be watching 'em at some point. I just started watching Atalantis first on DVD and enjoyed it so much, that I got caught up with the TV airings of the show.
Haha, that's nice. I guess I've got two series waiting now then!
I really like Atlantis as well. It has some charm, doesn't it?
