You need a stream capturing program to save it. ASFRecorder 1.1 works great. (Right click on the link and select 'Save Target As...'

To save the stream, unzip the file to any folder and run ASFRecorder.exe. Then click File -> Open Url and paste the URL (in this case http://www.rtl.de/media/meta/comedy/hhcc_v...s2.asx?ltr=asx) It will connect to the server and then ask you where you want to save the stream. (With this URL it will first save the logo animation, and then it gets redirected to the actual video.)
