Invision Power Board v1.1.2 has been released to the download area
Yes, that's 1.1.2, not 1.2
We've put together this latest release to consolidate all the recent security updates and to use reverse engineered methods from v1.2 to enhance security in the v1.1 series. This is especially important if you are running PHP with register_globals set to 'on' (as most hosts do).
The upgrade is very straight forward and only affects functions.php and the admin source files so you do not need to worry about re-dong skins or re-applying hacks.
Download from the ususal page and get upgrading!
Upgrading from v1.1.1?
We've put together a little upgrade package for you. This zip file contains all the updated files in the normal IPB file structure. Simply upload the files from the zip package over the ones on your server.
