Right, i have had 4 versions of Net server 2003, Enterprise and now standard, and in all version when i right click the menu sticks 4 about 30 secs if there is a sub menu, ie send to, it also sticks on the IE favourites menu and now Opera 7.1. this has also happened with 3 different mice, Logitech mx500, Razer Boomslang and a normal PS2 mouse, so it cant b them or drivers. I'm stuck any ideas??? Thx in advance

im not sure could be a problem with the settings go to control panel...system...advanced...performance/settings...and select adjust for best performance you may want to keep a few of them selected but this is the only thing I can think of unless you have run some optimization progs that I have seen do that to the right click. hope this helps!

thx 4 the reply, i always turn my comp on too performance so thats not the issue, themes disabled etc etc, and run no optimizations programmes.

If you set the menu speed to 0, then that causes problems with menus, it is a bug in Windows 2003. Just make the value of the menu speed >0 then you wont have those problems anymore. Same thing happened to me.

It was explained here a while ago.

thx, but i am now also having the other problem that no received an answer, when i reboot it resets it self 2 0, and i use no tweaking programmes.

The value just won't stay, so i downloaded tweakui, this works fine no need too reboot, but when i do the value reverts too 0? So everytime i reboot i have too run tweakui and set the menu speed manually, which is a minor annoyance but at least it doesnt make the menu's stick biggrin.gif
