I have standalone iso, not bootable.
Windows 2003 Enterprise, Standard and Web Server, i put corpfiles (extract from FTF release, I BELIEVE THE REAL CORPFILES), i search in topics and find how make bootable from AIO, or 3in1, but not standalone iso.
Search in google and find about other oses.

The boot.bin from Windows 2000 or XP will work fine to make W2K3 bootable.

make a folder ISO on C: and copy your complete (nonbootable) CD to it.

get a cd bootsector from /http://home.online.no/~msols/xpboot.bin and drop it also in the c:\ISO folder

Get the Microsoft CD premastering utility CDIMAGE.EXE (send me a mail if you can't find it) and drop it also in the c:\ISO folder

Now from a command prompt execute the following statement (all on 1 line):
c:\ISO\CDIMAGE.EXE -Lmylabel -T04/15/2003,12:00:00 -Bc:\ISO\xpboot.bin -G -H -M -N -O -X c:\ISO c:\mybootcd.iso

-L = Replace mylabel with any cdlabel you want
-T = Set to any date you want (all files on the new CD, will be set to this date and time)

This will create myboot.iso in the root of C: (test it with vmware or virtual PC, capture ISO image) then burn it with your favorite app.

edit: maybe needless to say, but you can use this same procedure to make your own bootable XP & 2K CD with slipstreamed SP
