After installed Power DVD in 2003, running the diagnostics only shows a white screen and the same while playing DVD movie.
Using Window Media Player to play DVD movie also having the same problem (a white screen only).

What's causing the problem ?

Did you enable Direct-X acceliration? I'm not sure if you need it but it might be an issue...

get windvd platnium if you still have the probelem after you enable Direct-X acceliration cos windvd platnium wroks for me just fine.

Same here. WMP didnt work. But Powerdvd worked fine.
