Hi,

Just for info. Whereas VMWare 4.0 has problems with the installation of LH4008, this works flawlessly on VirtualPC 5.1 for Windows and WinXP SP1 as host system. The virtual disk has to have a size of at least 4 Gigs.

I am currently posting this from the virtual PC.

Nice Eastern,

4015 on vmware 4.0 using the "Windows XP Home" settings works flawlessly for me. After tweaks here, and testing xp teaks on her,she flies. I havent tried using a disk less than 4gb,so I am unsure of those needs.

I'm currently posting this from said vm:)

I've never had a problem, other than making sure that the VM's hard drive was partitioned up and ready to use. Otherwise the installer balks at it..

LH4015 also installs fine on Virtual PC 5.1 - this is how I could copy it into a dedicated partition on my real PC and tweak it to make it work in the new hardware environment as I simply could never install the real thing on the real machine... So thanks to Connectix!
