when i installed it my cd-drive was working fine...but now the drivers are said to be missing how do i fix it...

That sucks... Uhhh... What is your cd-rom drive brand? You can try booting from disc and installing again. www.drivers.com is a good sight for drivers. Had that happen to me before too, but it was pretty easy to fix by downloading the accurate drivers.

what kind of mobo do you have????

is it missing from the "Device Manager"?. If it is then there's a bit of a problem. If it isn't, maybe it got disabled. You can right-click on it and enable it again... or try uninstalling it from Device Manager then reboot. It should be detected on reboot if your Windows install ain't pooched.
