is there any way to import a database of ip addies to block with NIS 2004?

Nope, no Norton Firewall software that I know of will allow you to do this. You'll have to stick with ZoneAlarm, blackice or something similar if you want to do this. It pisses me off that Norton haven't included this feature (I'm currently using it). I guess PeerGuardian will have to do for now (but that wont block UDF packets from these IP's, so it's next to useless for some P2P software if you are thinking of block the RIAA and such).
