every few minutes.. hear a few clicks and an asterisk or whatever sound, and bam, theres an online dialer and a "outlook express.exe"'s running in my background.. ive done sooo many spyware scans with different programs, deleted the crap outa my downloaded porogram files folder, ran all the anti hijack stuff.. and nothing.. can someonehelp me?

Start-->Run--> and type msconfig

Go to the startup tab and search for the Outlook Express.exe. If that doesn't work you can look in the registry for the the program and remove it.

NOTE: if you do not know what you are doing do not edit the registry.
