how to extract it??
May I make a suggestion?

i have nero installed, but it keeps asking for burn it, but i still dont have one lol

I know you still don't have a burner MeDieViL, but if you had looked through those links you would have seen that they also suggest using Nero's Image Drive tool to mount the file as a virtual CD-ROM.
You could also use Deamon Tools as I see that it too supports an NRG file.

its for windows 2000, anywhay i thought a virtual cd doesnt work for a os, but i gonna try it

it always works for me...
Now an image mounter at boot time, that's what you're
looking for...try google, and if you find any, post them
here.
not needed anymore i installed 2000 
Mount it using nero image drive...it comes with nero
