is there a tweaker program like tv tool for ati cards, because the quality of the picture sucks
What are you getting the picture from? cable tv? cam corder?

It's going to look like shit, same on my video card when i hook it up to the tv (even the new one (27" flatscreen citizen), it's sorta blurry, i've played around with settings but it still sucks, and i tried tv tool, garbage still... :S
800 X 600 is alright, anything higher and ugh.,

tv tool only works for nvidia cards?
when i had a geforce 2 GTS i used that and got quite good picture quality.
