I have Diskeeper Pro v7 - good defragmentator. But it starts when windows starts, I have not sceduled any of its services. Sometimes some packets are coming/going - even not any lan activity is waiting. When I switch off dkservice? off packets stops immideately... Have any idea what this prog is trying to do? Thnx

It's been quite some time since I had Diskkeeper, but with the way it runs everything automatically, it's probably trying to contact the diskkeeper website searching for updates. Personally, I thought Diskkeeper stunk just for those reasons. Runs continuously no matter what. Switched to Vopt defragger. Just as good and MUCH faster.
