Your connection speed is limited by the capacity of the phoneline. Not the modem.

you don't need a software for that you just need the modems, just install it and say it to windows that you want to use your 2 modems
Start>Settings>Network And Dial-up>Right click to your conexion>Properties>Networking>Settings>and mark the Option "negociate multi-link for single link connetion.

also you will need one phone line for every modem you add, i believe that you can use up to 8 modems....
