i cant have a voice convo in msn because i get this error: (trying to have this since my mate just bought a webcam)

"We are unable to run the audio/video tuning wizard at this time"

any help?

(i have plus installed)

Make sure your drivers and video camera is installed, test it with the software that came with it. Also try uninstalling plus and see if it works if not uninstall messenger and reinstall it and make sure its the latest version and see if it works.
