I'm looking for three things...

1. I have a DVD where I want to rip it into video, chapter by chapter.
2. Rip the audio from this DVD into MP3 or OGG (preferably OGG) with good quality.
3. Convert MPEGs to DivX.

Preferably the tools would be free.

I think I found all the things I want there... Ripping the chapters now. Next is ripping the audio out of the VOB files. Thanks!
