I highly reccommend XP Anti-spy. very good program. It was the first thing I set up after cracking my Xp. even put that up before I installed one firewall. ( I have 4 firewalls installed)

Ever since its release, Windows XP has contained a critical flaw that could be trivially exploited at any time by any malicious hacker. By causing any Windows XP system to process a specially-formed URL (web-style link), the XP system would obediently delete all or most of the files within any specified directory. (That's not good.)
This flaw is considered critical because these malicious URLs could be delivered to any XP user through any means: via an eMail solicitation, a chat room, a newsgroup posting, a malicious web page, or even processed automatically without the user clicking anything by merely visiting a malicious web page. *Now will "zero index" the Bitmap palette to avoid display problems at boot time.
*Fixed a Shareware Window bug when clicked in "Click Now".
*Now the BootXP window is resizable.
*Now if you have selected the option of change the boot screen automatically when the system starts BootXP will automatically exit after do it (for zero footprint).

It makes backups of your partitions, but does not copy file-by-file, it doesn't know anything about files!. It creates a mirror image (but not reversed) of a partition by copying the sector bytes on the partition. And it does this very fast! You can create images of different operating system setups and swap them out in just minutes!
