I noticed two problem with my xp professional when right clicking jpeg images. Before, when I right clicked a jpeg image I could set it as my wallpaper. Now, the only when I can set a jpg image as a walpaper is going to display properties and browsing for the file same when selecting image files. Can anyone help me?
Also, before, with the image resize powertoy installed. I would just right click a jpg image and then resize. Now I can only do bmp images.
Thanks in advance.

That's a known bug with Internet Explorer that appears when your cache becomes too full, so the workaround is to empty IE's cache and try, try again.

I mean on images that are on my harddrive. I cleared the cache and still the same.

Okay, so somehow these associated actions for the JPG file extension were lost.
Hmm, not sure at the moment how to get back the right click set as wallpaper, but I would just reinstall the Image Resizer powertoy to get back its right click menu option.
In the meantime though, you could open these JPGs in IE and do the right click wallpaper from there.

Okay, I checked my home system since it's running XP Pro, and it appears that set as wallpaper is not a built-in Windows functionality, so some program you installed added that menu option. You therefore should reinstall that program. Whatever it may be. You could check the BMP actions in the Windows registry to get an idea though since they still have the associated action.

Normally you can only set jpegs as Wallpaper if they are present in
your "My Pictures" folder.
So, if your image isn't in there, then move it in there and try the
right-click again...

Ah, that explains it then because I don't use the "My Pictures" folder.
