The CEO of the company wants a blurb added to the bottom of all emails sent out from this company.

"This email is confidential, blah blah"

You know the drill... A footer.

My boss who handles this stuff is out for today, so I was hoping some of the network admins here could share how this is done so I could get it done today.

Thanks in advance

Hmm, I know some individuals here who have simply done that in Outlook via their signatures, but I haven't looked at a global method under Exchange.

I don't see how this really has anything to do with Active Directory though or even networking for that matter, so I believe this is better suited to "Software Corner" and ... **moving post**

There isn't a way via AD, but if you are using Exchange, I highly recommend GFI MailEssentials. It's cheap and has this as well as many other useful features.

Exchange doesn't have anything built in for this feature?

Nope. You know how MS loathes putting in "extras" now, for fear of more antitrust shit.

MailEssentials is around $1000 for unlimited users, and a couple hundred for less. It has a nice spam filter as well; it's worth the money.

Hmm. This is unusual. I think the company would rather just add it as a signature on everyones email. The company isn't huge. But then again, who knows.

Maybe it will be worth it. I'll run past the higher ups
