I am in the need of help for a friend of mine. The reason i am typing is that he is in Israel and i am in the states. His english isnt very good so of course i will translate for him . The story goes like this, when i was there last week he told me windows messenger works 100% fine. but msn messenger doesnt so when i installed it myself i saw that it installs fine with no errors but after you sign on and click on a contact to talk to the window stays minimized on the task bar. no matter how you try to maximize there is no success. i tried contacting msn support for help but their help didnt work at all.

if anyone can help i would be most appreciated. Thanks

btw: i tried both english 6.2 and hebrew 6.2 same problem.

windows xp up to date on everything also spyware and norton i was there last week
athlon 2800+ i think
512ram
80gig
adsl

uninstall msn , delete its left over registry keys , and re-install , also delete the empty folders left behind!!
