I've been using this program, Coolmon ,and I love it.
For my dual monitor setup, I had my second monitor displaying full tv listings, customized to my channels, and local settings. Under it, I had weather, for the next 5 days, including temp, wind, rain, etc, all of which was updated hourly.
Under than, which I have on my single monitor, I have:

Processes, Threads
RAMUsed, /RAMTotal
Date: Time:
IP Address
System Temp
CPU Temp
CPU Fan Speed
Chasis Fan Speed
PSU Fan Speed
Top Process:
It's a really cool program, and I recomend it to all.
