OK i donwloaded this thing called fraps to make videos of my on games, i made like a 30 second video fo me on ut2k4 and it was 249mb, is there any way to compress this to about 20 mb or 50mb?

sure if you have windows xp the built in movie maker can do it for you.

get any good codec (divx) and a compressor (i use Rad Video Tools)
