Hey i was wondering,

Is there a setting in outlook 2003 so that you can actuly download the emails of the Hotmail server. So you can veiw them of line. At he moment Outlook 2003 only syncs with my inbox but i have to be online to read them.

I would like to be able to go to work download my emails.. and read them on the way home??

Any ideas ??

hit the "F5" key to do a Send/Recieve. With Outlook 2003, this downloads all the data from the server (and effectively deletes those messages from the server) so that you can view them offline. beware though, this does delete them from your outlook account, so that may not be what you want.

edit: also, have you tried this setting?

You could also use the Microsoft Outlook Connector.

I used to use Hotmail with Outlook 2003 and I didn't have any problems reading messages offline. If you make any changes offline it just remembers the actions and performs them when you're online. However Hotmail's servers are unreliable and an absolute annoyance so I changed to Yahoo and Gmail which support POP3.
