We have 2+ who 'manage' our public calendar. (it shows who is gone for the day, etc).
For some reason, they display 2 different calendars. 1 will display 20 people being out, the other shows only 16.
Is there some reason for this?

Probably because something was done differently when they created those 4 entries. Look at the entries closely and see if there are any differences in them (permissions, groups sent to, etc).

They all do the same thing. New -> Calendar event, etc. But I'll check anyway
