What service are you using under Outlook (i.e. Internet E-mail or MS Exchange)?

mm both, one mail in our ISP server (exchange server) and a hotmail account.

The reason I'm asking is because with an Exchange server, you have the Out of Office Assistant that, when enabled, is automatically ran on the server.
With Hotmail, I think the best you could do is setup a rule, but then you'd have to leave Outlook open for it to run.
