We have 1 user at work that uses several acconts. Last week he started getting these time out erros. They never went away but sometimes, they would noot error at all. But now hen he checks his email he gets a different email on his domain account and most messgaes download twice. When he gets his prograse indicator it looks like it's logging in twice. Any ideas? I already tried a repair. Already deleted and reloaded his account settings. Disabled firewall/vp emails canners.

Have you tried doing it from a new Windows user profile to see how the results compare? 'cause if that works, then it's just a matter of sufficiently cleaning up the existing profile.
I could try that later. I will also post the error code. That might help.
