well, i just put back this back-up of and old forum, that was hosted first on a other server, and now since i have my own win2003 dedicated server, i though lets put back the back-up tongue.gif, any way, its working quite nice...

though i got some serious problems now, with ALL my invision board's

so i though lets re-install the board that i tried to "resurrect"

and the install went just fine, logged in, went to admin cp, and again, i was unable to open any of the links to the left..

i'm using

QUOTE

PHP VERSION: 5.0.4 (isapi),
SQL: (MYSQL) 4.1.11-nt,
IPB Version v2.0.3 (ID: 20013)

os: windows 2003
webserver: IIS (using serv-u as ftp server)

so what could it be?

every thing worked fine just a few days ago... dont really know what could have gone wrong...

any idea's?

What error are you getting? Internal server error? 404?
Dutch2005
well that is the problem i'm NOT getting any problems, i can add, remove tables and stuff in my mysql db, i just can't open the admin cp panel, the menu on the left side, it will no longer expand..... and f i click on them it will not show up, thats the problem...

copy the admin panel's code from a fresh installer. mabye it was corrupt in the backup. rewriting admin.php and/or whatever else it is won't matter since IPB uses the SQL to store pretty much everything

but it isn't at just 1, its at ALL invision board 2.0.3 editions

i mean if its was just 1, heck i could understand it yet..

if aint working at

i start wondering if its a corupt file... and since i;m using windows 2003+NTFS file curruption is not a common thing.. if it was FAT32, and a old crappy hd, i could understand it, yet no on a 1-3 months old Western Digital 80GB, 8mb cache...
