Any other browsers?
I use Opera 98% & IE 2%. Got rid of Firefox, was too buggy for me.
Guidlines: No IE shells or Trident (IE) based browers. No Gecko based browers (Firefox, Mozilla, K-Meleon, Gecko etc.). No beta or worse yet alpha releases, only final releases. Windows platform (XP) compatible. Java support. You've used it and like it.

Since you pretty much narrowed out any and all browsers used by any sane human being... I present you with Lynx.
Ok seriously, get real. You can't name nearly every browser on the market, say they all suck, and then hope for something better. If there was something better wouldn't it be in use?

Just here for your entertainment.

So, for those of us not in the know, it's like saying "I want a good common vehicle that was released to the public, and does not run on either gasoline, electricity, or diesel. Has to have a 6-CD changer and be designed for running in America (Left-hand driver)"
Good luck!

Well I would say
Mosaic, but I don't think it supports Java and one could argue that Internet Explorer is based on it.
