Is there a registry key or a control of some kind to change how many 'all day events are displayed in the outlook 2003 client?

Our receptionist has lists of people out, and she only has 16. (When she goes in through OWA, she sees all of them).

Another receptionist sees 17 or 18. Is there an unknown feature to change this?
