Also, it's kind of funny, they close the online store beforehand, but it makes sense when you think about it.

The new cases offer no screen or control access either. The nano package already contains such a protection sleeve. Pretty useless if you ask me. Stores here are offering transparant hard plastic cases with control access for a whoping 25 euro's! 25 euro's for a piece of plastic. But man, 99?!!! The whole company seems to be sucked into Steve Jobs reality distortion field.

also, vaja cases offer a custom made to order leather case in your choice of (two-tone) colour for $70. that's with screen and wheel access, and they look a LOT nicer.

The new mac mini seems interesting, except for two things: its integrated GMA950 graphics, which is even a step back from the previous mini's Radeon 9200, and its price...on the rise again...

Time to hunt for some cheap G4 mini...

yea i just got the email from apple about the dual-core mini. interesting, but i don't think i'll buy it. i'll get a cheap older one. i mean, the mini will never be a work-horse so....

ilife 06, 4 usb ports, and a remote ... worth $100 more? nah... but god, these things are so damn tempting. i want one. this thing would be wonderful attached to my HDTV through HDMI.

uhm, don't forget the fact that the dual core intel cpu will be a speed demon next to the 1.25ghz G4.
