my new BELOVED macbook pro that i installed WINDOWS ON is SOOOO AMAZING!!! i needed to respect it. wallpapers are in 1440x900 resolution, so no altering needs to be done if some macbook pro users wanna use it smile.gif if its good enough, hopefully it is. they are the same wall with 4 different slogans.

Well...it's a showcase of the Macbook? tongue.gif
ChonChon
well thanks man, i appreciate that smile.gif

but in all seriousness, do you like the look?
quantumAlpha
not bad, congrats on the new lappy

why not use an apple-style font and no glow effects to make it look more like it came from apple?

(hint: Myriad Pro Semibold, White)

Looking good, but the txt looks completly out of place. Play around with the text, and make sure you give it a reflection like the mac images.

I like the design and all...but I have to laugh at a wallpaper that advertises the computer.

It's kinda like those dopes who have a big "TOYOTA" sticker on the top of their windshield of their 1989 toyota corolla.

You'll never see a ferarri with a big ferarri horse on the back window? Why? You don't need to advertise awesomeness.

The macbook is great. No need to overkill what it is with the wallpaper.

I give you kudos on the design though. I can't do graphics to save my life.

It shows the book, and in a fancy way. But I have to agree on that you have to do something about the text. Change font and edit/delete the glow effect.

dammit is there no way to get this myriad free?

@chon.... Boot camp is still old news, and not even on topic here.
ChonChon
yea i know that was just a reply to zxybgsyxz...the other post though yea wow sorry bout that!

new new sig just updated now!!!
busman401
I can't help this, and I don't want to piss anyone off, but, c'mon already. You have a sig. Wow. And a computer is not sexy and definitely not naturally sexy unless you are a robot. I had to say that.
potterface
use pngs for small (no bigger than 800x600) images and those with transparency. it's pointless for a wallie.
ahanix1989
busman does have a point... we just quickly memorize the basic elements of someone's signature, and tie it to their identity. we don't analyze the signatures, we just vaguely remember them so we don't have to read their actual name. if i see what appears to be a nice, big, meaty burger next to a post, i don't have to read to know it's Chugworth.

Ugh, another wasted Mac. Why wouldn't you get a Dell if you were going to use XP?
ChonChon
ehh mac hardware is way better in my opinion.

besides, i still use OS X to show it off tongue.gif

PNG for the wallies are just so they are small when i wanna host them and stuff. i can upload JPEGs if u want.

still having trouble finding this myriad -- any help on some free links instead of $35 for a fuckin font?
