Well, I had downloaded the beta for testing and recieved the email with the product key and such, however this was a few months ago before I had moved to another province. Sold my computer and all. Now that I have a new system, I wanted to download the beta again, however now, Microsoft has implimented pay per download service. WTF? I'm testing it now I have to pay everytime I download? They should be paying me for my time spent testing it no? Anyways. bah. I will check connect. meh. any solutions?

why not just keep the download instead of deleting it every time?

If you're a technical tester, not Public Preview, just login to the beta site (beta.microsoft.com) and download from there. No charge, and the VLK keys for each binary are locationed right on the downloads page.
