I like it except for the stupid tab closing thing. it's like IE7.
bah, I'll get used to it.

I like most of firefox 2 but i dont like the new download page....mine doesent seem to work at all...when i do my download it doesnt show up in the download window. and i have it set to only delete them when i manually delete them.
any idea's or is just a current "feature" that will be fixed later??

I don't much care for how tabs have their close buttons on the tab, and the former close button is now a dropdown to... view all your tabs. How pointless.

Edit: potterface, found a fix:
To hide the tabs button at the edge, edit userChrome.css and add
.tabs-alltabs-stack { display: none !important;}
To put the close button at the far right, like in 1.5, go to about:config and change browser.tabs.closeButtons to 3.

(Ah damn folks, sorry for the bump; Firefox update never told me about FF2, and I didn't look at the month before posting, just the number wink.gif )

Where is the userChrome.css located?
ahanix1989
Ehh, I guess you rename userChrome-example.css

I didn't notice that it's under your profile directory, for me I guess you copy the uesrchrome-example.css to C:\Users\Ahanix\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\v7qc8hkv.default (Replacing the random characters and username)

I really like the SpellChecker, which is why I think Firefox is still my most dominate browser.

I'm still not decided on the spellchecker. I might decide to keep it, might decide to disable it.
