Recently i noticed that sharepoint save the sheets and documents in its database where its impossible to extract them again manually, so when you restore a backup you replace the whole of files not just the file which you need to restore, so im looking for a specified backup solution for sharepoint, any recommendation ?

Go to C:\program files\sharepoint\bin

via cmd

and the for backup
eject this
msdmback /b c:\sharepoint.bak

Where c is the route where you wanna save the backup and sharepoint.bak is the name of the backup file

for a restore is the same just use the /r switch instead of the /b one.

And how about restoring just one file?, alot of users now upload there files to sharepoint if i want to restore just one deleted file, without affecting the status of other files any ideas ?
