I think my internet is screwing up, getting packet loss or something, whats a good tool to monitor stuff?

I'd prefer something advanced with lots of features

I find less is more in that regard. Just aim a stream of large packet pings with the don't fragment flag set at the internet gateway and see how badly the times jump around.

Windows ping is ok ... but i prefer a ping flooder type utility that will stress the connection in a shorter period of time.

Quick set of 32s to get a baseline, then a batch of around 1000 no-frag 1460s to see if it'll blink.

just use "pathping" ?


just test a few remote addesses, and i'll tell ya wheter or not your losing packets..


and its a command from dos, so use it like..
