Full Version: Exchange (Outlook web access) problem PLEASE HELP!

Hi guys i need help with outlook web access i have a server that running exchange for longtime, and OWA was working just fine but we didn't rely on it, anyway recently i have been asked officially to allow OWA for users to use it instead of using VPN, when i tried to connect to it i find something i find that its not fully load the page, i tried someways to fixed it but seems not working when i try to reinstall it by going to control panel and choose modify i get an error, im going to attach both of the owa problem and the error, but please try to help guys as soon as you can.

Have you made any changes to IIS recently? / Since the last time OWA worked right?

Nope ,but i compared it with another server and made sure there is nothing strange, is there anyway to fix ?

Well... looking at that error message... Have you tried that from a different account? Also, I'm not sure which version of Exchange you are running, but have you installed the latest service pack for it?

Also, check the location where those broken images are pointing to, and make sure that it is correct.

Have you run the Best Practices Analyzer? It will probably tell you what's wrong if you haven't.

It's worked fine and i got OWA working back.

Very nice! Exchange is great when it works but a huge pain in the ass when it doesn't!
