well my 2wire modem from SBC/ATT finally quit on me so I need a new one. Can anyone recommend a good dsl modem under $160 (this is what another one from ATT would cost)? I'd like it to have 1 rj45 jack and also wireless g available.

I also need to be able to buy it online as I don't have any local shops around here.

Do u mean a router or actual modem? Shouldn't your provider provide that for you?

well what are good brands? as the first two on the list at newegg, I've never heard of that brand.

How long do dsl modems usually last? My mom has a motorola cable modem that she got 5 years ago and it is still going strong. I don't want to be buying another dsl modem in 3 years.

edit: well I called ATT today and they said a new one would cost $80 so I just bought it.
