The situation:
Internet <-> MyProvider <-> CableModem <-> Some router <-> my pc
I wouldn't care about those errors when everything is fine, but that's not the case and I am not sure if it's the modem or just my provider.
During one day I get about 10 new IP's but the reason is difficult to determine (at least for me) because when I "reset" the modem it get's a new IP, too, of course.
So if this modem "dies" of any reason, it get's a new IP and I am not able to see if it's the modem's fault or the provider's.
My signal is good said the cableguy: http://avarus.com.ar/cablemodem-signal.png
Is that true?
I have absolutely no clue about this cable-stuff as I always used ADSL before which worked fine and I really appreciate any help/hint for my problem.
Thanks and have a nice day.
