I am in the process of testing some new IT policies on our BES.
but i dont seem to be able to remove users from a policy.
for example, i created a no SMS policy and added my self to it. I can not remove my self from the policy or delete the policy.
i think we are running BES 3.6.7.12
does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know about that version of BES, but on 4.0 you don't remove users from policies, you just move them into another one. You should have a default policy into which you can move yourself.
